The average score across 247 audits was 80.2 per cent, and only 6.5 per cent were fully compliant. See exactly where schools slip.

This is the part you cannot get anywhere else. Read Must as statutory and Should as strongly expected. Where an area splits, it is usually Must for maintained schools and Should for academies.

Pay gap reporting applies at 250 or more employees. Areas 25 and 26 sit in law and regulations rather than on the DfE publish online lists, which is why we name the instrument each duty comes from.
