Contact Form Quick Links

Most schools we provide websites for are already making use of the contact form we provide as standard with our website package. It's simple to use, and gives a single place for contact on your website, and helps to reduce spam. All the contact enquires are emailed out and stored in the system so you have a record of all enquires submitted through the system.
As standard the contact form will send all enquires through to a single email address, but it can be setup to do so much more than that.

Multiple Contacts

Contacts can be managed through the Requests menu.
Each contact added to the system will appear as an option in the contact form. The email address and other details are kept private, and the only field that's shown is the 'Enquires regarding' field.

Adding multiple contacts to the contact form can help to reduce the amount of forwarding that goes on in school, the contact form can direct the enquiry to the correct place automatically. Link from other places on your website to your contact form and then enquires can be directed to the relevant person or email address.

Contact Quick Links

This is where the quick links comes in especially useful.
Each contact created in your system automatically generates a quick link for the contact form.

When linking through to the contact form from different content on your site if the quick link is used, the 'Enquires Regarding' field will be filled out when the visitor arrives on the page.

Using the contact form quick links you can increase the interactivity with your website, and make more use of the contact form. Instead of providing email address links which are susceptible to spam or rely on a mail client being installed requests can be clearly directed to the contact form, without the visitors feeling they are doing the same work twice.
